The Stamford Lacrosse Association (SLA), US Lacrosse and CONNY encourage players to participate in other organized sports outside of the traditional Spring season. Below you will find details or links to several "off-season" lacrosse opportunities, which are available throughout the area. Parents should be aware that the pricing structure of these for-profit programs may differ greatly from SLA's non-profit model. Camps and clinics generally have limited availability, so they tend to fill up early. SLA provides these details solely for informational purposes. 


Camps / Instructional Programs:

Chelsea Piers Connecticut:  
Offers indoor lacrosse clinics and league play at their Stamford facility.

CT City Lacrosse:    Local day camp for boys directed by Stamford HS coach, Mike Nazzaro

​Breschi Lacrosse Camps:    Lacrosse camps and clinics for boys, directed by Joe Breschi, head coach of the University of North Carolina.

SoNo Field House:   Offers indoor clinics and leagues for boys and girls at their complex in Norwalk. 

No Limit Lacrosse Camps:     Summer and Fall day lacrosse camps for boys. 

X10 Mountain Lacrosse Academy:     Overnight lacrosse camp in Massachusetts for boys and girls. Run by the Bocklet family. 

Millon Lacrosse Camps:     Overnight lacrosse camps for boys. Typically held on Long Island. 

Superstar Lacrosse Camps:     Summer lacrosse day camps for boys. Directed by Ridgefield HS coach, four time Syracuse All-American and National Lacrosse Hall of Fame member, Roy Colsey. 

CT Lax Camps:     Operates outdoor clinics and day camps for girls. Directed by New Canaan HS coach Kristen Wood.



Summer/Fall Tournament Travel Programs:


Team Superstar:     Summer and Fall elite tournament teams for boys. Directed by Ridgefield HS coach, four time Syracuse All-American and National Hall of Fame member Roy Colsey. Practices are generally in Katonah/Ridgefield.

Eclipse Lacrosse Club:     Summer tournament teams at the elite and developmental levels. Organized and coached by former Division I and professional lacrosse players, including Chip Buzzeo, Head Coach of New Canaan HS, and Jamie Hanford, Head Coach at Green Farms Academy. 

New England Storm:    Summer and Fall tournament teams for boys and girls in grades 4-12. Summer tryouts take place in October. Boys program is directed by David Bruce, Head Coach at the Brunswick School. The girls program is directed by Melissa Anderson, Head Coach at Greenwich Academy.

CT Chargers:     Summer elite tournament teams for boys. Directed by Darien HS coach, Jeff Brameier. Practices are generally in Darien.

Chelsea Piers Lacrosse Club:     Summer elite tournament teams for high school boys and girls. Directed by Greenwich HS coach, Scott Bulkley. Practices are generally in Greenwich.

Prime Time Lacrosse:     Summer elite tournament teams for boys. Practices are usually held at John Jay HS, Cross River, NY.

CT Lax Summer Teams:    Summer tournament teams for girls. Directed by New Canaan HS coach, Kristen Wood. Practices are usually held in New Canaan.

NewLax:    Summer and Fall tournament teams for girls.
